TENSO-M is a leading Russian producer in industrial weighing, specializing in the supply of electronic balances and weigh batchers. Founded in 1989 almost from the ground up, today the company annually manufactures more than 30000 load cells, 3000 electronic balances and weigh batchers. Manufacturing buildings occupy 15000m2. TENSO-M produces different types of scales with capacities from 5kg to 200t, which are used by various industrial enterprises and in agriculture.
The key features of TENSO-M platform scales are their superior metrological specifications and high reliability. Hermetically sealed load cells and a stainless steel weighing indicator provide operation in humid environment. The scales are easy to install and to maintain. Indicators’ data transfer interfaces make them ready for integration into your weight accounting system. The data is transferred to any accounting or management execution system (MES) via a special data exchange software module.
TENSO-M VP & VPV type platform scales are highly resistant to overloads. VPN low profile scales with minimum height (45mm) of platform operating surface provide easy weighing of the raw materials transported by transfer cars. Unique VB Universal platform scales have incorporated functions of 5 scales: from ordinary platform scales to animal weighing scales. These scales have specialized application — they are used both for long-length cargos and for axle truck weighing.
VK electronic crane scales use wireless technologies for data transfer. Wireless channel operates even if the area has high levels of interference. TENSO-M crane scales are designed to be safe in their operation — all scales’ models have a special certificate issued by the RF Technical Supervisory Authority, permitting to use scales as a load-handling device. Please mind that VK series scales by TENSO-M are the first electronic crane scales made in Russia. We started mass production of our first crane scales type VETERAN in 1989.
Now we are manufacturing STRIZH electronic crane scales. This model includes all the latest achievements of our specialists in weight measuring field. Antiglare coating and sun visor provide clear visibility of weight values on the indicator in any season. Three variants of wireless control ensure scales operation even at high levels of interference. These crane scales have the most compact size in Russia due to 520mm suspension height. It is the minimal value for this type of scales. Power saving mode provides continuous operation of scales during 100hrs approx.
Weighbridges
TENSO-M weighbridges are the most popular electronic scales in Russian market. By today we have manufactured and installed more than 3300 sets of VA scales and the annual production scope increases 300 sets. The major part of the produced scales has a digital weighing system. Scales have modular construction that makes the delivery cheaper and on-site mounting assembling – easier.

Railroad scales
TENSO-M produces electronic railroad scales for static weighing and in-motion weighing. Stainless steel load cells with inbuilt lightning guard ensure high reliability of these scales. Steel shortblasting before painting significantly improves the quality of railroad scales coating.
TENSO-M railroad scales have additional drive-on ramps installed on one common foundation with the platform, which makes them different from other scales. Due to ramps there are no obstructions on rails joints, and therefore, no impact effect on load cells.
Rail cars analysis (track 1520mm) allowed us to create an optimum model range for railroad scales. Our customers use RD and RD-D road scales to weigh any kinds of rail cars on the RF and CIS railways.
Our researches in rail cars dynamics and great experience in signal processing algorithms development allowed us to create a model range of railroad scales for in-motion weighing. Today our customers have a choice among simple scales for axle weighing, railroad scales for individual transfer car weighing, which simplify static overload in rail cars, and RD-DV universal in-motion scales providing the accuracy almost equal to static scales.

Force- and weight measuring load cells
TENSO-M is a major Russian manufacturer of load cells. We have serial manufacturing of more than 30 types of load cells, capacities from 1kg to 200t. Due to our successful experience in load cells manufacturing, accumulated by us within 20 years, we managed to reach European quality. It is confirmed by certificates of compliance with standard EN45501 and OIML R60, issued in the result of a number of tests performed by an independent European laboratory.
By today we have developed an optimum range of standard sizes for load cells mounted in industrial electronic weighting systems including platform scales. Small lots of exclusive load cells are also available upon request.
Load cells are packaged with mounting devices, switching elements, weighing indicators upon request and can be verified in force standard machines.
Weigh batchers, hopper scales, bagging machines
Today TENSO-M offers the broadest range of hopper scales and weigh batchers for various industry branches. We produce industrial weigh batchers to weigh bulk stock and to measure pre-set quantities, bagging machines to weigh bulk stock and continuous weigh batchers to put additives into a product or to control ingredients consumption on the assembly line.
Any weigh batcher or a bagging machine, even the most sophisticated one, consists of standard elements of modular batching system, developed by our engineers.
Load-bearing frames, weigh hoppers, dampers, screw and belt feeders — all these elements were developed to ensure easy assembly of dosing equipment versions. This set of standard elements considerably simplifies the development of new types of weigh batchers to meet the requirements of our customers.
TENSO-M specialists have a test bench available, specially designed for R&D work in order to improve specifications of weighing and dosing equipment. The test bench allows the testing of scales or weigh batchers on a certain product, used by our customers.
Automatic process control systems
TENSO-M engineers are capable to modernize the existing technological lines and plants. The offered solutions include: hardware and software process control systems, developed on the basis of our know-how, and a broad model range of weigh batchers — all this allows us to develop integrated automation solutions.
Except modernization of technological processes TENSO-M provides turn key services for plants construction and start up. Automatic concrete mixing plants set a good example. Neokorm premix plant (Lakinsk, Vladimir Oblast, Russia) was designed, constructed and started up by TENSO-M.
